Diwali is a festival of lights, love and joy - it’s all about
lighting up lives of people. With this thought in mind, Ek Sangharsh celebrated
Diwali with underprivileged children living in a slum near the Ballabgarh Sohna
Flyover in Faridabad, Haryana on 11 Nov 2015.
Ek Sangharsh celebrated the
festival by spreading awareness about crackers free Diwali, Cleanliness of self
and surroundings and ushered happiness through distributing Notebooks, Coloring
kits and sweets to the underprivileged children in the area. On the occasion, team

special celebrations with the children.
A
total of 50 children from the slum participated in the event which included on

Gumber.
Sharing his thoughts, Shri Ajay
Kumar Bahl, General Secretary, Ek Sangharsh, said: “We at Ek Sangharsh wanted to bring smiles on the face of people
who have not been able to celebrate Diwali since years. With this thought, we
celebrated this festival of joy with them in this unique way by distributing
sweets, Stationery, etc. amongst these people, so that they could also enjoy
this festival.”
